Alpine Skills Summer (3rd Edition) by The Petzl Foundation

We’ve recently received the third edition of “Alpine Skills Summer” from the Petzl Foundation and we couldn’t be more excited! This has been a collaboration project with The Petzl Foundation since the first edition of the book in 2013.

This new and expanded publication of the “Alpine Skills Summer” continues the evolution of our collective progress in the practice of mountaineering. The collaboration allows both the Petzl Foundation and The Alpine Club of Canada to further their priorities of developing safe practices in a variety of mountain terrain.

Through the practice of our craft in an ever-changing world, it’s important we recognize the need for evolving practices and the sharing of information and knowledge. We hope you will enjoy reading and learning from this handbook for many years of safe adventures in the mountains.
