2023 Summit Bid: Experiences

This year’s auction will raise money to support the ACC Facilities Fund, to facilitate renovations to the Club’s national level huts in British Columbia and Alberta and the ACC Clubhouse in Canmore.

Mountain Experiences

Join Purcell Mountain Lodge for a 4.5 day adventure from January 10 to January 15, 2024! Stay in a Private Chalet steps away from the main lodge. The journey begins with a 9:00 a.m. helicopter transfer from Golden BC. You and up to seven guests will enjoy an exclusive private chalet booking for a self-guided and self-catered experience.
This 5-Run Adventure Package for two includes 5 runs (4 guaranteed), high-performance powder ski or snowboard rentals, as well as the necessary avalanche safety equipment and training. No need to pack a lunch either, because Selkirk Tangiers will include a full breakfast, gourmet mountain lunch and après ski snacks.
Valid for the 2023-2024 winter season.
This trip includes 4 nights (Monday to Friday) of exclusive accommodation at the lodge for your group of up to 8 guests in the summer of 2024 (dates subject to availability). Additional guests, catering or guiding can be added for an additional charge.

Jena Lee Photographs specializes in working with families who love candid imagery and the nostalgia of printed photos. Jena Lee Photographs is based in Golden BC, but frequently works in Invermere, Revelstoke, Banff, Canmore, Calgary and other travel destinations.
DONATION: 60-minute photography session within 175 km of Golden BC, and basic photo package (10 digital images and 10 4x6 prints of your choice).
Located just minutes from Banff Upper Hot Springs and the Banff Gondola, The Rimrock Resort Hotel offers an elevated escape close to some of the area’s premier attractions and activities, including golfing, skiing, hiking, biking, and more.

Helen Sovdat is one of Canada’s finest mountain guides. Her accomplishments as a climber and skier are stunning. She has pioneered long traverses along the crest of the Coast Mountains. She has stood on nearly all of the peaks in the Canadian Rockies that exceed 11,000 feet (3,353m).
DONATION: Enjoy 2 days (one night) of ski touring in the Elk Lakes Provincial Park with Mountain Guide Helen Sovdat as your personal guide! Prize includes breakfast, dinner, and 1 hut overnight at the ACC's Elk Lakes Cabin for 2 people.
