Photo Insider: Through the Eyes of Members

The following photo gallery contains extended and bonus material from the article “Through the Eyes of Members” in the 2021 Winter issue of The Gazette, which you can find here!

The General Mountaineering Camp means a lot to us. It provides us with the opportunity to connect ACC members with outdoor spaces that we’ve all come to love so deeply. This is a very powerful experience both for us, and for the participants and is a tradition that has continued on since 1906.

Mountain Hardwear is a long-time partner of ours and is the headline sponsor of our annual GMC Photo Contest. Participants submit photos from their week and then we have the honour of picking the top three to win a tent, sleeping bag and a pack, courtesy of MHW.

The winners, finalists and their backstories are all available in the 2021 Winter Gazette. Below is a collection of the other wonderful entries we had to help paint a picture of how awesome the camp was!
